MALDI-MS spectra_infection with Serratia entomophila_discriminant fingerprint

MALDI mass spectra from hemolymph of individually challenged honey bees with Serratia entomophila strain. These spectra were used to compare with those from individually infected honey bees with Serratia marcescens in order to discriminate the respective systemic molecular patterns at the species level within these two Gram negative strains.
