<b>Differentiating Heatstroke from Sepsis: A Retrospective Analysis</b>

From our ICU admissions between June 2018 and August 2023, totaling 4,331, we identified 28 cases of HS patients. In the period from September 2022 to August 2023, out of 3,810 hospitalizations at our hospital, we identified 145 genuine sepsis cases. We systematically compared variables between these two groups.2018年6月至2023年8月期间，本院重症监护病房（Intensive Care Unit, ICU）共收治4331例住院患者，其中确诊HS患者28例。2022年9月至2023年8月时段内，本院累计收治3810例住院病例，其中经确诊的真性脓毒症（sepsis）病例共145例。研究人员对上述两组研究对象的各项变量开展了系统性对比分析。
