It also provides data support for relevant personnel in charge of formulating cooperation plans. 1. Data Collection: Collect overdue maintenance-related data of different elevator maintenance contractors in Langfang City via elevator Internet of Things (IoT) devices and alarm receiving platforms. 2. Data Processing: Clean, analyze and organize the collected raw data to obtain the required data fields: maintenance contractor, statistical time, region, maintenance type, number of overdue maintenance elevators, and number of involved communities. 3. Data Calculation: Calculate the proportion indicators as follows: - Proportion of overdue maintenance elevators of the contractor = Total number of overdue maintenance elevators of the contractor throughout the year / Total number of overdue maintenance elevators of Langfang City throughout the year - Proportion of involved communities of the contractor = Total number of communities involved in overdue maintenance of the contractor throughout the year / Total number of communities involved in overdue maintenance of Langfang City throughout the year Sample data demonstrates the relevant situation of a single maintenance contractor. The dataset package includes data of multiple maintenance contractors, with the unit name presented in the data field in the form of (unit name). 4. Early Warning Evaluation: Use IF functions to conduct graded evaluation on algorithm results: - Regarding the proportion of overdue maintenance elevators: If 0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1, mark Evaluation A as "+"; if proportion > 0.1, mark Evaluation A as "-". - Regarding the proportion of involved communities: If 0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1, mark Evaluation B as "+"; if proportion > 0.1, mark Evaluation B as "-". A contractor will be rated as "qualified" only when both Evaluation A and Evaluation B are "+", otherwise it will be rated as "warning". Contractors rated as "warning" will be interviewed, with supervision strengthened, daily maintenance frequency and content increased, so as to reduce elevator safety hazards.
