Minimal dataset for: Effects of Breathing Frequency on Ventilatory Responses and Perceived Exertion During Threshold Cycling
收藏资源简介:
Minimal dataset for “Effects of Breathing Frequency on Ventilatory Responses and Perceived Exertion During Threshold Cycling: A Randomized Crossover Trial.” This repository contains the individual-level data required to reproduce all figures and Wilcoxon signed-rank analyses reported in the manuscript. Twenty‑one healthy adults completed steady‑state cycling at anaerobic threshold under two breathing conditions (25 vs 50 breaths·min⁻¹) with measurements at rest, onset, 10 and 20 min. Files include (i) graph data for figure generation and (ii) Wilcoxon data for paired comparisons at 10 and 20 min. Variables cover RPE (dyspnea/leg), HR, VO₂, VE, VT, VE/VCO₂, VD/VT, PETO₂, PETCO₂, and experimental labels (Subject A–U, BreathingCondition, Duration). No personally identifying information is included; characteristics (e.g., age, BMI) are not provided because they were not used for analyses.
