RNA-seq of Micro-Tom WT and floral homeotic mutant

In this study, we identify mutation of floral homeotic mutant with Micro-Tom WT by mapping-by-expression. Floral homeotic mutant shows floral homeotic phenotype compared to Micro-Tom WT. We propose that variant in the floral homeotic mutant could give researchers and breeders beneficial resources.
