空调压缩机用磁钢的性能影响空调运行时压缩机的运行稳定性、噪声等级和耐候性。磁体Br越接近客户要求中值13.30时压缩机的运行稳定性越佳;矫顽力Hcj越高、磁损越低压缩机耐高温性能越好。通过对产品的综合等级进行分类,帮助空调生产企业选择磁钢产品,确定产品应用于高端或中低端空调。 1、数据采集于企业内部。用磁性能测试设备测试剩磁和矫顽力。用磁通测试仪测量得到磁损值。对采集到的数据进行处理,删除异常、错误或无效的数据。 2、依据产品性能的实测值对产品3个主要性能指标进行分档,确定对应档的分值。 剩磁Br分档规则(单位:kGs):Br档位在13.00≤Br<13.25,对应分值2分;Br档位在13.25≤<13.40,对应分值为5分;Br档位在13.40≤Br≤13.50,对应分值为3分。 矫顽力Hcj分档规则(单位:kOe):Hcj档位在23.36≤Hcj<24.5,对应分值1分;Hcj档位在24.5≤Hcj<26,对应分值3分;Hcj档位在Hcj≥26,对应分值为5分。 磁损分档规则(%):磁损档位在磁损≤2.0%,对应分值5分;磁损档位在2.0%<磁损≤5.0%,对应分值2分。 3、用相应的分值×分配的权重得出产品综合评分Score: 综合评分Score=剩磁分值B1×50%+矫顽力分值H1×30%+磁损分值L1×20% 根据产品综合评分Score对产品进行分类:4≤Score≤5为优等品;3≤Score<4为良等品;2≤Score<3为中等品;Score<2
The magnetic steel used in air-conditioner compressors affects the operating stability, noise level, and weather resistance of the compressors during air-conditioner operation. The closer the residual magnetic flux density (Br) of the magnet is to the customer's required median value of 13.30, the better the operating stability of the compressor; the higher the coercivity (Hcj) and the lower the magnetic loss, the better the high-temperature resistance performance of the compressor. By classifying the comprehensive grade of the products, air-conditioner manufacturers can select suitable magnetic steel products and determine whether the products are applied to high-end or mid-to-low-end air conditioners. 1. Data was collected from within the enterprise. Residual magnetic flux density and coercivity were tested using magnetic property testing equipment. Magnetic loss values were measured with a flux meter. Collected data was processed to remove abnormal, erroneous, or invalid data. 2. The three main performance indicators of the products were graded based on their actual measured performance values, and the corresponding scores for each grade were determined. Residual magnetic flux density (Br) grading rules (unit: kGs): - When 13.00 ≤ Br < 13.25, the corresponding score is 2 points; - When 13.25 ≤ Br < 13.40, the corresponding score is 5 points; - When 13.40 ≤ Br ≤ 13.50, the corresponding score is 3 points. Coercivity (Hcj) grading rules (unit: kOe): - When 23.36 ≤ Hcj < 24.5, the corresponding score is 1 point; - When 24.5 ≤ Hcj < 26, the corresponding score is 3 points; - When Hcj ≥ 26, the corresponding score is 5 points. Magnetic loss grading rules (unit: %): - When magnetic loss ≤ 2.0%, the corresponding score is 5 points; - When 2.0% < magnetic loss ≤ 5.0%, the corresponding score is 2 points. 3. The comprehensive score (Score) of the product was calculated by multiplying the corresponding score by the assigned weight: Comprehensive score Score = Residual magnetic flux density score (B1) × 50% + Coercivity score (H1) × 30% + Magnetic loss score (L1) × 20% Products were classified based on their comprehensive score Score: - Excellent products: 4 ≤ Score ≤ 5; - Good products: 3 ≤ Score < 4; - Medium products: 2 ≤ Score < 3; - Products with Score < 2
