Carbon Stocks in Coastal Reed Beds

C stock data from coastal reed bed sediments, aboveground biomass (stems and leaves), and belowground biomass (roots and rhizomes) from August 2023. Collected from Pojo Bay in the Finnish Baltic Sea Archipelago system by Hanko peninsula. The zone names are terrestrial zone (the zone furthest inland close to the border of terrestrial vegetation. usually drier land and slightly higher topography), the intermittent zone (the middle zone of reed beds that has saturated soils, the densest vegetation, and usually some standing water), and the littoral zone (the zone furthest out in open water with deep standing water, lowest topography, and usually less dense vegetation).
