Code and Data associated to the manuscript "Towards Life Cycle Sustainability Optimization by Bridging Economic and Environmental Criteria: A DEALA-PULPO Integration"
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the data, analysis pipeline, and visualization code accompanying the paper: Towards Life Cycle Sustainability Optimization by Bridging Economic and Environmental Criteria: A DEALA-PULPO IntegrationJournal of Industrial Ecology (under revision) The code implements a multi-objective Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and supply chain optimization framework for frying pan production (conventional PTFE, re-coatable PTFE, and stainless steel), covering 14 manufacturing countries under three climate scenarios: ECO 2024 — ecoinvent 3.9.1 cutoff baseline SSP2-Base 2030 — business-as-usual projection (premise) SSP2-PkBudg1150 2030 — 2 °C-compatible projection (premise) The epsilon-constraint method generates Pareto fronts for Global Warming Potential (GWP) versus economic cost, revealing optimal sourcing strategies for raw materials (aluminium, stainless steel, PTFE, NaOH) and production steps (punching, combining, heating, spraying, washing, handle attachment) across regions. Built on: Brightway2 · premise · PULPO · DEALA · Regiopremise Requirements Python ≥ 3.11.8. Dependencies managed with uv (uv sync). A valid premise encryption key is required for database setup (notebook 01 only). The default solver is HiGHS (open-source); Gurobi is supported as an alternative.
