This dataset is the associated data for the paper "Design of a 256 channel readout system for heavy ion therapy with segmented ionization chambers", mainly used to support the relevant content of the paper on the design, performance testing, and experimental result analysis of the 256 channel readout system. The dataset includes raw test data generated during the system experiment, calibration processing results, beam profile reconstruction results, channel consistency test data, nonlinear error test data, and data files corresponding to plotting and result analysis.
