Levels of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), histopatology and immunohistochemistry of human adipose tissue

Study of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and associated histopatological and immunohistochemical characterization of human adipose tissue (10 subjects). The dataset consists of concentration data of 16 PAHs, histopathological score attribution, collagen distribution and adipocytes morphometric analyses results. This dataset was prepared by the team of the research project "Integrated systemic detection of pollutants in the human body" (INSYDE-HU), n. P2022RJCHC, CUP: H53D23010450001, funded by funded by the PRIN 2022 framework of the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
