The available data is the development plan “In the mountains (2nd amendment)” of the municipality of Steinen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: OT Hägelberg, Admissibility of Dachgaupen, limitation of residential units per building.

开发规划（BPL）包含了规范城市规划秩序的具有法律效力的各项规定。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为编制依据。本次可用数据集为采用XPlanung 5.0标准的施泰嫩（Steinen）市《山地（第二次修订）》开发规划。说明：片区哈格尔贝格（OT Hägelberg）、屋顶阁楼（Dachgaupen）的建设许可规则、单栋建筑住宅单元数量限制。
