This rolling bearing dataset was collected using the QPZZ-II rotating machinery fault simulation test rig developed by Jiangsu Qianpeng Diagnostic Engineering Co., Ltd. The bearing used in the experiment was model NU205EM. An electromyographic-type acceleration sensor was used in this experiment, which was placed in the horizontal X and vertical Y directions of the bearing housing on the test rig. Under the conditions of a rotational speed of 1200 r/min and a sampling frequency of 5120 Hz, normal state (Norm), inner ring fault (IRF1, IRF2), rolling body fault (BF1, BF2), and outer ring fault (ORF1, ORF2) were collected.
本滚动轴承数据集采用江苏谦鹏诊断工程有限公司研发的QPZZ-II型旋转机械故障模拟试验台采集所得。实验所用轴承型号为NU205EM。本次实验采用肌电式加速度传感器,将其分别布置于试验台轴承座的水平X向与垂直Y向。在转速1200 r/min、采样频率5120 Hz的工况下,采集了正常状态(Normal State,缩写Norm)、内圈故障(Inner Ring Fault,IRF1、IRF2)、滚动体故障(Rolling Body Fault,BF1、BF2)及外圈故障(Outer Ring Fault,ORF1、ORF2)共7类工况的振动数据。
