Regional niche differentiation and reciprocal transfer analyses for Polistes rothneyi in Jeju Island and mainland Korea

This record contains the CSV outputs used to support analyses of regional ecological differentiation in Polistes rothneyi between Jeju Island and mainland Korea. The archive includes processed tabular results from four analytical modules. Module 01 summarizes PCA based environmental niche structure, niche overlap, equivalency, similarity, and niche dynamics. Module 02 contains presence background reciprocal transfer outputs, point level predictions, performance metrics, response curves, and variable importance summaries. Module 03 provides pooled region by environment interaction GAM results, out of fold evaluation metrics, fitted response curves, and region difference summaries. Module 04 contains novelty and extrapolation summaries, worst limiting variable summaries, and aligned transfer prediction tables. These files are intended as the public tabular release associated with the manuscript on island mainland niche differentiation and cross regional model transferability in Polistes rothneyi. The release focuses on reproducible CSV outputs rather than raw raster layers or intermediate binary objects. Column names were retained from the analysis workflow wherever possible to preserve traceability to the original scripts. Figure ready labels may therefore differ slightly from internal variable names used in the CSV files.
