Transcriptomic analysis of orthotopic pancreatic tumors treated by Axl inhibitor TP-0903 or combination with chemo/immunotherapy using the nCounter PanCancer Immune Profiling panel (Nanostring Technologies) [mouse]

RNA isolated from KPfC orthotopic tumors was analyzed using Mouse PanCancer Immune Profiling Panel (NanoString Technologies). KPfC tumor tissues from orthotopic endpoint experiment were lysed in RLT lysis buffer and purified according to the manufacturer’s instructions (QIAGEN). RNA was sent to the Microarray Core Facility in UTSouthwestern and analyzed using a preassembled nCounter PanCancer Immune Profiling Panel (mouse) and the nCounter system (NanoString Technologies) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Samples were then normalized based on the geometric means of the supplied positive controls and the panel of housekeeping genes, as recommended by the manufacturer.
