Employee survey on work experience during the third wave of COVID-19 restrictions in Latvia (2022)

This survey constitutes the third wave of the ongoing employee survey series on work experience during the COVID-19 situation in Latvia. It continued to assess changes in employees’ daily work responsibilities, employer-implemented infection control measures, remote work organization, and work–life balance using the same core questionnaire and sampling strategy as in the previous waves. This methodological consistency allows the data from all three waves to be combined for longitudinal and comparative analyses.
