Fish species observations from a monitoring survey of two Lake Victoria affluent rivers (Rivers Kagera and Sio)

This dataset presents fish observations made in a study to identify local user communities (LUCs) and indigenous knowledge (IK) about Ningu(Labeo victorianus)home ranges and engage LUCs in identification, characterization, and mapping of breeding and nursery for the species to guide its recovery in rivers Kagera and Sio, affluent rivers of Lake Victoria.
