RNA-sequencing data of intestinal tissue of mice adminstered proanthocyanidins (PAC) and infected with Trichuris muris (Tm)

We show here the transcriptional response in the caecum of mice infected with Tm with or without concurrent PAC administration RNA was obtained from the tissue of 8 mice gavaged with water and uninfected, 5 mice gavaged with PAC and infected with Tm, and 8 mice gavaged with water and infected with Tm, and 8 uninfected mice gavaged with PAC.
