Report on the receipt and use of other revenues of a special fund (Form 4-3d, 4-3m)

On the basis of the order of Kharkiv Mayor 21.10.2021 "On Approval of the Regulations on Open Data Sets of Kharkiv City Council", the publication of Kharkiv open data sets was organized, which, according to the Harvesting procedure, are automatically placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the administrator of the "Kharkiv City Council"依据哈尔科夫市市长2021年10月21日发布的《关于批准〈哈尔科夫市议会开放数据集管理规定〉的命令》，已组织开展哈尔科夫开放数据集的发布工作。此类数据集将按照数据抓取（Harvesting）流程，自动上架至统一国家开放数据门户网站的"哈尔科夫市议会"管理员账户下。
