Sequencing of Candida parapsilosis complex isolates

The main goal of this study is to sequence the whole genome of Candida parapsilosis complex isolates taken from patients presenting to a tertiary care center in Beirut, Lebanon. The aim of the whole genome sequencing analysis is to identify novel and documented mutations in key virulence and resistance genes. This genotypic analysis is supported by a battery of phenotypic assays.
