The folder 'data_and_code.zip' contains subfolders for: code glm other_analysis_code Muysers_et_al_analysis_code.py (source code for all data) Muysers_et_al_behavioural_epoch_extraction.py (code used to extract behavioural epochs) mat (.mat-files for glm analysis) hdf5 (.hdf5-files of data used for all remaining analysis) Two PDF-files with information about data structure and usage. data_structure.pdf (structure and description of variables in .mat and .hdf5 files) sessions_hdf5-files.pdf (detailed description of individual sessions in hdf5-files, as well as information about how it is used in the individual data plots)
