Digital Archive from an Archaeological Evaluation at 37 North Street, Rochford, June 2014

This collection comprises image, text and spreadsheet data from an archaeological evaluation on land to rear of 37 North Street, Rochford. The work was undertaken by Archaeology South-East in June 2014. The evaluation demonstrated that modern disturbance and truncation has occurred on the site. The shallow remains of an irregular prehistoric pit and a medieval to early post medieval pit do however survive beneath the accumulated post medieval and modern made ground deposits.
