Microbiome of ash seedlings inoculated with bacterial strains or consortia to control ash dieback

The focus of this study was placed on the application of biocontrol agents to suppress the causal agent of ash dieback. We aim to find suitable strains which can help to control H. fraxineus under field conditions. In this context, it is also studied to what extent the inoculation of the ash seedlings resulted in an alteration of the ash microbiome.
