Effect of ZYHT Recipe on transcriptome profiling of cancer cells

In order to explore the mechanism of ZYHT Recipe on gastric cancer, we performed a RNA-seq to explore the transcriptome profiling of gastric cancer cells treatment with or without ZYHT ,including three biological replicates per group. To compare gene expression between two groups, differential expression analysis was performed. We also investigated functional differences in DEGs, Gene Ontology (GO) analysis, Disease Ontolog (DO) analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis were employed.
