Impact of fencing on fractional vegetation cover between 2010 and 2020 through multiple endmember spectral mixture analysis in San Andres de Tupicocha, Peru.

This dataset contains the spatial raw data and the spatial analysed data for a scientific manuscript about the impact of fencing (and cattle exclusion) on the fractional vegetation cover (FCV) between 2010 and 2020 in San Andres de Tupicocha (Lima watershed, Peru). It contains a metadata archive, raw data (such as GeoEye imagery in 2010 and 2020, spatial characteristics of the study design) and the results of the multiple endmembers spectral mixture analysis (MESMA) in 2020, 2010 and the diference between 2020 and 2010. It also contains the vegetation and soil raw data from field inventory 2021 (Exclusion = fenced rangeland and pastoreo = unfenced rangeland). The name of the plants are simplified using only the first two letters of the genus and two first letters of the species. For example, posp = poa species ; basp = bacharis buxifolia...
