Molecular Identification of Tetrahymena thermophila CdaH (cell division arrest H)

A cdaH-1 mutant line presenting cell division defects was used to map the gene through an allelic contrast analysis. To this end, the mutant line was outcrossed and from the F2 generation to pools, one phenotypically Wt, the other mutant, were formed and subjected to sequencing and contrast analysis.
