Mining permits

Limits of mining licences applied for and granted (Berechtsamskarte pursuant to Section 75(1) of the Federal Mining Act of 13 August 1980 - BBergG) In principle: For the exploration of mining-free mineral resources, a permit is required, for the extraction of which a permit or mine property is required. (cf. § 6 sentence 1 BBergG). The data is kept on an ongoing basis. In accordance with § 76 BBergG, access to the Berechtsam data (berechtsam card, Berechtsamus documents) is permitted to anyone who demonstrates a legitimate interest.

申请与获批采矿许可的范围（依据1980年8月13日颁布的《联邦矿业法》（Bundesberggesetz，简称BBergG）第75条第1款制定的权利许可地图（Berechtsamskarte））
原则上：针对无采矿历史的矿产资源开展勘探作业，需取得相应许可；对该类资源进行开采，则需取得许可或拥有矿产权（参见《联邦矿业法》第6条第1款）。
本数据集将持续更新维护。
依据《联邦矿业法》第76条规定，任何能够证明存在合法利益的主体，均可查阅该权利许可数据（权利许可地图及相关许可文件）。
