Genotype information in VCF format in two populations

Preterm birth is the leading cause for neonatal mortality and morbidity worldwide, but its molecular etiologies was limitedly documented and the therapeutical development lacked progress. The only medication to date, progesterone, has been reported to result in discordant treatment effectiveness from clinical trials. To stratify the underlying genetics of preterm birth, we harvested peripheral blood from 48 females with preterm birth history, who received weekly intramuscular injections of Makena from gestational week 16 to 36 for Whole Genome Sequencing.
