综合性肿瘤生物样本库（复旦大学附属肿瘤医院）

综合性肿瘤遗传资源是指人类各类肿瘤相关的组织和血液等样本。本资源库依托复旦大学附属肿瘤医院平台，于日常诊治过程中收集到来自于全国各民族各地区的肿瘤患者的，160万管全身各脏器及骨与软组织来源的实体肿瘤的肿瘤组织、癌旁及正常组织、血液等生物样本，遵循经过十一年的探索和学习经验形成的标准操作流程收集处理保存每例样本，同时完成全血中PBMC和白细胞、DNA的抽提及肿瘤和正常组织芯片的制作，并采集患者相关临床、病理、影像学及预后等信息，旨在为国内国际研究团队的生命科学、疾病机制研究及药物研发和临床治疗提供实验材料。

Comprehensive cancer genetic resources refer to various human tumor-related biological samples such as tissues and blood. Based on the platform of Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center, this resource bank collected 1.6 million tubes of biological samples including tumor tissues, adjacent normal tissues, normal tissues, blood and other samples from solid tumors originating from various organs, bones and soft tissues of the whole body, from cancer patients of all ethnic groups and regions across the country during routine diagnosis and treatment. Each sample was collected, processed and preserved following standard operating procedures (SOPs) developed through eleven years of exploration and accumulated experience. Meanwhile, the extraction of PBMCs, leukocytes and DNA from whole blood, as well as the preparation of tumor and normal tissue microarrays were completed. Relevant clinical, pathological, imaging and prognostic information of the patients was also collected. This resource aims to provide experimental materials for domestic and international research teams conducting life science, disease mechanism research, drug development and clinical treatment.
