B6 Dorsolateral Striatum CDD-0102A

Glutamate efflux recorded each second from the dorsomedial striatum. Intraperitoneal injection of CDD-0102A (1.2 mg/kg) was administered noted by INJECTION in file. Thirty minutes following injection nesting material was removed from home cage with digging and grooming bouts measured for 20 minutes. Bout had to last 3 seconds to be counted. Changes in glutamate concentration during a bout was compared to the 3 seconds prior to the initiation of a bout. Grooming and Digging were measured at the same time but separate files made for analysis. The start and stopping of a bout is noted next to glutamate output.
