RNA-Seq for different Candida albicans strains treated with or without fluconazole or amphotericin B

The strains SN250, pex8 knockout, and PEX8OE were cultured for 30 minutes in the presence or absence of either fluconazole or amphotericin B. Subsequently, RNA-Seq analysis was performed. In brief, total RNA was extracted using the Quick-RNA Microprep Kit (ZYMO Research). Sequencing libraries were prepared following the Illumina Stranded mRNA protocol and paired-end sequenced on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform through Shanghai Personal Biotechnology Co., Ltd., achieving over 20 million reads per sample.
