RNA sequencing in barley WT, Hvclv1-1 and Hvfcp1-1 inflorescences

The RNA sequencing experiment was performed to detect gene expression changes between WT barley inforescences and Hvclv1-1 and Hvfcp1-1 mutants. Each replicate contained 40 pooled inflorescences from the main shoot of individual plants. A total of three biological replicates of each genotype were used for RNA sequencing. Total RNA was extracted from barley inflorescences.
