Province of Biella — territorial dynamics

The territorial dynamics identify areas characterised by permanence or change in land use between 1954 and 1994 and 2004 through an assessment in qualitative and quantitative terms of the type of modification of uses or their persistence.The class ‘Dynamics’ represents the 8 categories of dynamics/persistences, defined as follows: urban persistence (DIN_COD = 1); other persistence (DIN_COD = 0); urbanisation/artificialisation (DIN_COD = 2); agricultural intensive (DIN_COD = 3); agricultural extensification (DIN_COD = 4); afforestation (DIN_COD = 5); naturalisation (DIN_COD = 6); exceptionality (DIN_COD = 7).
