资源简介:
Territorial boundaries of existing landscape conservation areas (LSG) in accordance with § 26 of the Federal Nature Conservation Act of 29 July 2009 [BGBl. I p. 2542] (last amended 6 October 2011 [BGBl. I p. 1986) in conjunction with § 15 Landesnaturschutzgesetz of 24. Februrar 2010 [GMOBl. Schl.-H. p. 301] (last amended 13 July 2011 [GMOBl. Schl.-H. p. 225]). The responsibility for the designation of landscape protected areas lies with the districts as lower nature conservation authorities. The completeness of the data cannot be guaranteed (depending on the delivery by the circles). Only LSG areas that are located outside nature reserves (NSG) are shown here.
The digital boundaries have been created by the transmission of the circles’ analogous ordinance cards. For detailed questions, the original maps of the respective ordinance (are located at the districts/lower nature conservation authorities as well as the Land/Supreme Nature Conservation Authority) Area-specific inquiries please apply to the responsible district. The ‘area number’ (as the number per district) is based on the following principles:
1) Order results from the date of the First Ordinance.
2) If a regulation protects more than one part of the landscape, or if its independent guidance is explicitly mentioned in the official/official list of the district, each part of the landscape is given its own number (and name).
3) If an LSG is removed, the corresponding polygons and records are deleted. This can result in jumps/gaps in the continuous numbering.
4) If a sub-area is designated as an LSG within an already protected area, it will receive a new number (and name). In the dataset, in the Year field, as a reference to the end-to-end or previous protection – the indication of the previous LSG is memorised. Within the State Office, the GIS, the Protected Area Register (SGK) and the file plan use the same numbers. The reference number for LSG reads: 5322.1-,hereinafter the district code as well as the number number (completed for OD, OH, PI – otherwise only agreement between GIS and SGK until now) There may be different numberings between the lists of the districts and the state office.
