Classifier_performance_metrics

Dataset containing the classifier performane metrics for each isoform pair classifier and internal normalisation classifier. The dataset contains data from each of the 50 iterations 'Iteration', run for each isoform classifier.The absolute ROC-AUC scores are indicates as 'ROC_postrans' and 'ROC_negtrans' according to whether transfected cells (isoform) or non-transfected cells (internal normalisation) where used for classification.The normalised ROC-AUC, 'normalised_ROC' is also listed.
