The coastal water area of Maowei Sea in Beibu gulf, is a complex marine ecosystem with urban activities and mangrove ecosystem, where the distribution patterns, determinants of bacterial communities remain unknown. In this study, surface water samples were collected waters from seven typical habits in the land sea area for investigating seasonal changes in bacterial structures with 16S rRNA gene high-throughput sequencing.
