资源简介:

This dataset presents longitudinal user telemetry from a purely theoretical digital intervention focused on the ethical and philosophical foundations of Yoga (Yamas and Niyamas), hosted on an open-access video platform (YouTube). The data spans a 9-year observation period (July 2016 – December 2025). The intervention follows the standardized structure of the monograph "Yamas y Niyamas: Los peldaños olvidados del Yoga" (Rollán, 2025), covering the 5 moral restraints and 5 observances. Unlike practical digital interventions tracking physical journeys, this dataset isolates cognitive consumption patterns without physical or somatic components. By leveraging advanced platform metrics—including topic-specific drop-off points, session depth, and playlist sequence dynamics—this data offers a rare comparative baseline to study "Cognitive Adherence" and intellectual engagement (svadhyaya) in digital wellness consumers. ### Dataset Structure & Reuse PotentialTo ensure full compliance with the FAIR data principles, the repository is structured as a Tabular Data Package validated under the Frictionless Data standard. It comprises interconnected CSV files covering granular performance metrics per chapter (N=14) and longitudinal annual timelines. Methodological caveats, the specific bounce-filtering thresholds (Interested Views), and playlist exit rates are thoroughly documented in the accompanying README file to guide proper statistical modeling and time-series forecasting.
