VisionData

This archive contains the data from all relevant variables for the four steps following a visual perturbation trigger (stimulus), and two steps preceding it (control) in MATLAB format (file results.mat). The file results.csv contains a sub-set of the data for statistical analysis. The matlab R-script used for the statistical analysis (visionStats.R) and the MATLAB script used to generate the published figures (createFigures.m) are also provided. The folders anovaResults and confintResults contain text files with the results of the statistical analysis.
