Dynamic BAF chromatin remodeling complex subunit inclusion promotes temporally distinct gene expression programs in cardiogenesis [ATAC-Seq]

We performed ATAC-seq on WT, BAF60c KO, and BAF170 KO CPs and CMs in 2-5 biological replicates follwing Corces et al., 2017 paper. Overall design: ATACSeq was performed for each samples with 50, 000 viable cells, libraries were sequenced with NEB nextSeq system using high throuput V2 150 cycle kit.
