<strong>df_depression_fractal_public.csv</strong> contains the MADR, activity derived cosinor measures (amplitude and acrophase), sleep/wake measures (sleep/wake regulerity, standard deviation of bed/wakeup time, absoluted difference between habitual and actual sleep/wakeup time), fractal measure (s20_40_alpha) of each 3 hours by habitual and actual, respectively.
