NGS genomes of Enterococcus faecium strains isolated from patient feces and hospital outdoor soils

All strains are Enterococcus faecium or Enterococcus lactis and isolated from patients feces or outdoor soil from the same campus of the first affiliated hospital of Zhejiang University school of medicine.
