Registros del Catálogo de Peces de Colombia presentes en el Museo de La Salle Bogotá (MLS)

The ichthyology collection of the La Salle Museum - Bogotá (MLS) was founded by Brother Nicéforo María. Currently, it is under the care of the University of La Salle, and it holds the oldest specimens in the country. All specimens are cataloged, with a significant representation of the Characiformes and Siluriformes orders. The fish catalog of Colombia project reviewed the material deposited in the collection and conducted the depuration of lots, within which 386 are new identifications within the collection.
