Minutes of Meeting: IFLA Regional Council, 10 April 2025

The fourteenth meeting of the Regional Council 2023-2025 was held virtually on 10 April 2025. Items discussed during this meeting include welcome by the Regional Council Chair, followed by updates from Regional Division Committee Chairs, and Headquarters. Additionally, the election process was discussed. The handover process to the next Regional Council and Division Committees and the incoming training for Planning for Impact were introduced. The Council discussed a paper about encouraging regional representatives to stand as candidates to be officers. Updates on the Regional Advocacy Priorities Survey were shared, alongside an update on WLIC 2025 and updates on the Regional Council Action Plan.
