Processed health, anthropometry, biomarkers, physical activity, breastfeeding and nutrition datasets from ENSANUT (Mexico, 2018–2023)

Processed analytic subsets derived from the Encuesta Nacional de Salud y Nutrición (ENSANUT), Mexico (2018–2023). Original microdata: https://ensanut.insp.mx/ (INSP). This deposit does not replace official ENSANUT files. Six modules (folder per module, year subfolders): ENSANUT_SALUD — chronic conditions, mental health, risk factors (adults) ENSANUT_ANTROPOMETRIA — weight, height, circumferences, blood pressure ENSANUT_BIO — blood biomarkers (glucose, HbA1c, lipids, etc.) ENSANUT_ACTFIS — physical activity, sedentary behaviour, screen time (adults; variable schema differs by year) ENSANUT_LACTANCIA — breastfeeding and infant feeding ENSANUT_ALIMENTOS — weekly portions by food group (generated variable catalog for this module) Each year folder contains: *.csv, description.json, optional description.csv, and texto.txt. Some modules include a stacked 2018_2023.csv.
