MGSA

Elucidating the cooperation between somatic and germline genetic alterations that drive tumorigenesis could help inform precision cancer prevention and treatment strategies. A user-friendly interactive Multiethnic Germline-Somatic Association (MGSA) database was developed, which can be used to query, browse, and download the results of the association analyses.
