With scRNAseq for PDX, we identified ZCCHC24 as the unknown RNA binding protein regulating the cancer stemness of breast cancer. Transcriptome analysis, Dyrec-Seq analysis, and PAR-CLIP analysis showed that ZCCHC24 bound to certain cis-elements in 3'UTR of genes related to breast cancer stemness, and stabilized them. In these datasets, the sequenced data were uploaded.
