The peak heights were normalized with the Log10 transformation and auto scaling (mean-centered and divided by the standard deviation of each variable) functions of the MetaboAnalyst software. The average of normalized peak heights of each metabolite and individual biological replicates (BR) are shown in different columns. The statistical significance was determined using ANOVA followed by Tukey’s test (α = 0.05).
