Integrated Multi-Modal Data Analysis for Computational Modeling of Healthy and MI Conditions in Porcine Hearts - Simulation Dataset
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the modeling data and simulation settings for the paper entitled “Integrated Multi-Modal Data Analysis for Computational Modeling of Healthy and Location-Dependent Myocardial Infarction Conditions in Porcine Hearts” by Ricardo M. Rosales, Ming Wu, Piet Claus, Stefan Janssens, Gonzalo R. Ríos-Muñoz, María Eugenia Fernández-Santos, Pablo Martinez-Legazpi, Javier Bermejo, Aiden Flanagan, Manuel Doblaré, Ana Mincholé, and Esther Pueyo. The Paper can be found here. The preprocessing and postprocessing code is available in the repositories HeartModelling and simOmPP, respectively. All simulations were performed using ELECTRA. Data Structure Cells:Contains all cell-related initialization files, including prepacing data at different cycle lengths. HERPs:Includes the baseline (b-) and adjusted (a-) heart–electrode relative positions. The file electrode_positions specifies the electrode coordinates, and surfMesh provides the surface mesh for pig 6, which serves as the reference to which all other pig models are aligned. Models:There are 12 biventricular porcine models (1-3 are healthy, 4-7 are infarcted in the left circumflex coronary artery and 8-12 are infarcted in the left anterior descending coronary artery, see the Paper for reference): mesh* files: Mesh data for visualization (.vtk) or simulation input (.inp). *_CS files: Conduction system data, including both bi-CS and ap-CS (see the Paper for details). *_RBM* files: Rule-based fiber alignment data, either using a standard fiber field (s_RBM) or diffusion-weighted imaging information (dwi_RBM). For myocardial infarction (MI) cases, the meshes and fiber fields are provided for both the complete and scar-excluded (insulator) domains. The ap-CS is included for each of the nine MI pigs. Specifically for pig 6, additional data are provided, including mi-CS and the electroanatomical mapping-derived stimulation data (see Paper). Simulations settings_generic_healthy and settings_generic_mi: Generic configuration files for healthy and MI simulations. settings_mi_CS and settings_mi_i_EAM: Configuration files for the group of simulations G6 (see Paper). Note:File paths and possible typographical errors should be reviewed and adjusted as needed. For additional details, please refer to the paper and the related software repositories.
