A Spatio-Temporal Dataset of Urban Water Distribution Schedules in Tegucigalpa (2016–2025)

Urban Water Distribution Schedules Dataset for Tegucigalpa, Honduras (2016–2025) This dataset provides a harmonized spatio-temporal reconstruction of urban water distribution schedules for Tegucigalpa (2016–2025), derived from monthly calendars published by the municipal utility (UMAPS/SANAA). It captures neighborhood-level variation in intermittent water supply as days with piped water per month. The data were generated through a reproducible pipeline that standardizes semi-structured calendar sources, including group normalization, neighborhood matching, identifier assignment, and spatial aggregation. A quality control framework preserves anomaly flags for transparency. The dataset is distributed as a GeoPackage (GPKG) linked to a standardized neighborhood layer (SDG11UID), enabling integration with housing, infrastructure, and mobility datasets. It supports research on water access inequality, infrastructure reliability, and urban resilience in data-scarce environments.
