Spatial learning - per trial data

Contains: SpatialLearning_TrialData.csv Description: Raw 'per-trial' data of both spatial learning experiments. Columns: ID --- Fish identity. Task --- Spatial learning task, either allocentric ('Allo') or egocentric ('Ego'). Line --- Selection line of the fish, either UP-selected (large telencephalon) or DOWN-selected (small telencephalon). Repl --- Replicate (1, 2 or 3). Batch_2 --- Batch in which the fish was tested (Allo1, Allo2, Ego1, Ego2). Day --- Test Day on which the trial took place. Trial_Total --- Trial number. Compartment --- Housing compartment from where the fish entered the experimental compartment (Left or Right relative to the observer). Position --- Indicated whether the starting position had been siwthed or not relative to the previous trial. Side --- Side to which the fish was trained (i.e. the side on which they received food). For allocentric learning, this was either the 'room' or 'wall' side, for egocentric learning this was either 'left' or 'right'. First_Choice --- First disc a fish touched. Correct --- Whether the first choice of a fish was the correct choice or not.<br><br>
