Gene expression signatures in WT and Mcph1-/- hematopoietic stem cells

We aimed to analyze the changes of gene expression signatures in WT and Mcph1-/- hematopoietic stem cell (lineage-, c-kit+ Sca-1+ CD150+, CD34-) usingRNA-seq. These two population of hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) were purified from the bone marrow of WT and Mcph1-/- mice. Results provide insight into the role of MCPH1 in HSC. Overall design: We compare chromatin accessibility and gene expression signatures using ATAC-seq and RNA-seq in HSCs from the bone marrow of mice of two genotypes(WT and Mcph1-/-).
